Three weeks ago, Blackmagic released version 16.3 Beta 1 which supports the new 12K BRAW video material of the recently introduced Blackmagic Ursa Mini Pro 12K camera under OS X. Now, with version 16.3 Beta 2, it can be used under Windows in Blackmagic&s grading, editing, compositing and (audio) mastering tool DaVinci Resolve (Studio).

After the last update 16.2.5 brought support for the new ATEM Mini Pro ISO live mixer, the ability to work with 12K BRAW video footage on both OS X and Windows using Blackmagic RAW SDK 2.0 Beta support is the only new feature of the current update DaVinci Resolve 16.3 Beta 2 (studio and free version). However, only Linux users will have to be patient and wait a little longer for BRAW 12K support. In addition, the new version promises as always some improvements in stability and performance.
Blackmagic recommends all users to update to this latest version and to backup all active databases and running projects before updating.
