Blackmagic Summer Tour 2022: Free Workshops on Cameras, DaVinci Resolve and Mixers

After 2020 Blackmagic&s European Tour only took place online due to Corona, the Europe-wide Blackmagic Summer Tour is now taking place on site again. Free 45-minute workshops will be held to present Blackmagic&s latest products, such as the URSA Broadcast G2 and Studio Camera 4K cameras and how they interact with the ATEM Software Control operating software or the ATEM Camera Control Panel, or the new collaboration features in DaVinci Resolve, which allow multiple DaVinci Resolve users to work on a project simultaneously.

At the Summer Tour events, users can interact with the Blackmagic Design Team and discuss new workflows. Unfortunately there is only one event in Germany and it will take place in Munich on Wednesday, June 22nd in the Freiheitshalle in Nymhpenburg. If you are interested you should register quickly, because the places are limited.

Five workshops each will be offered, covering Live Production Cameras, Digital Filmmaking, DaVinci Resolve Collaboration, Live Stream with ATEM Mini and Blackmagic RAW Workflow:

Live Production Cameras

This session takes aim at the features of the Blackmagic URSA Broadcast G2 and Blackmagic Studio Camera 4K, and demonstrates the new Blackmagic Zoom and Focus Demands. You&ll also learn how to control your camera using ATEM Software Control operating software or the ATEM Camera Control Panel.

Digital Filmmaking

Discover the similarities and differences between the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K and 6K models, and learn about the benefits of using Blackmagic RAW for your workflow. We&ll show you everything from setting up the camera to working with the Dual ISO sensor.

Collaboration in DaVinci Resolve

Interested in how DaVinci Resolve 18 supports Blackmagic Cloud so you can work with creative artists anywhere in the world on the same timeline? This workshop will show you. You&ll also learn how this workflow combines with the new Blackmagic Cloud Store to create a powerful network store with global sync.

Live Streaming with the ATEM Mini

In this workshop, we will demonstrate the ATEM Mini ISO workflow. It allows you to record clean feeds from all inputs and open a saved project file in DaVinci Resolve. Now you can incorporate your live production into post-production, giving you access to additional creative workflows and output options.

Blackmagic RAW Workflow

The combination of Blackmagic RAW, Blackmagic URSA Mini Pro 12K and DaVinci Resolve give you unparalleled quality from capture to post-production. In this session, we describe how oversampling in 12K gives you the best 8K and 4K images with subtle skin tones and exceptional drawing.
