CAME-TV&s new Terapin Rig for mirrorless Panasonic and Sony cameras consists of two components: a shoulder rig and a breakout box. It is supposed to be the basis for correcting the many deficits of the cameras intended for photogaphying by accessories and upgrading them to a shoulder camera for filming.

The recording can be started and stopped with a button on the handle of the rig. The box also provides a headphone output, the volume of which is adjustable via a rotary knob. For professional microphones, the box offers an XLR input whose signals are connected to a 3.5mm audio output that can be connected to the audio input of the camera. The rig itself has an adjustable shoulder pad for comfortable filming. The upper handle has a cold shoe mount and numerous holes for fixing accessories. At the front of the upper handle there is a monitor arm holder, which can be swivelled twice, which makes it possible to position the monitor as desired. The 15mm guide rails offer an adjustable holder for the handle. A microphone holder is also integrated in the rig. ![]() CAME-TV Terapin Rig The CAME-TV Terapin Rig costs 558 dollars in special versions for the Panasonic GH4/GH5 and for the Sony A7RII, A7SII and A72 - with integrated Follow Focus and Matte Box sind´s 1,168 dollars each.
