The new Canon MVX10i DV camcorder in the IXUS design features a 2.2 megapixel chip with RGB filter, a 10x optical zoom lens, a true 16:9 mode, MPEG - 4 on SD Card, 2.5 inch screen, remote functions and analog-in. The camcorder is PictBridge compatible and also allows simultaneous video and photo shoots. Beginning in September, the new vertical format MVX10i for 1,499 euros is commercially available.
