https://www.slashcam.de/news/single/DJI-Mini-3-Pro--Laengere-Flugzeit-sowie-bessere-Kam-17135.html (one month ago) there were already rumors about DJI&s latest model - in the meantime all technical data as well as price, photos, release date and also pictures of the Mini 3 Pro are known through several sources like the DJI specialist Jasper Ellens.
DJI Mini 3 Pro
Better camera, bigger sensor, new gimbal, more fps
. What is clear is that the new Mini 3 Pro will be unveiled on May 10 at 3pm ( here DJI&s official teaser page) and, as expected, will bring quite a few improvements over the previous model, such as a much larger 1/1.3" 48 megapixel sensor with dual native ISO (versus the Mini 2&s 1/2.3" 12 megapixel sensor) and the ability to record HDR.

Video is recorded as usual at 4K, 2.7K as well as FullHD - but new is the option of slow motion recording of FullHD at 120fps, as well as 4K recording at 60 fps instead of the previous 30 fps. And the aperture of the lens is now larger with f/1.7 and thus also faster. The also the image quality is supposed to be significantly better than that of the Mini 2 due to these different improvements.

Also on board now are the QuickShot intelligent flight/shooting modes such as Dronie, Rocket, Circle, Helix, Boomerang and Asteroid, which the Mavic 3 had gotten via firmware update in January.

The video surveillance system used is the new OcuSync 3.0, which can send live 1080p30 video up to a maximum range of 12 kilometers from the drone to the controller. Another interesting improvement: the Mini 3 Pro is said to fly very quietly, according to Jasper Ellens and, thanks to a new gimbal, can rotate the camera 90° to shoot vertical smartphone-sized images for social media. Also positive: de flight time has increased from 31 to now 34 minutes thanks to a new 2,453 mAh battery (Mini 2: 2,250 mAh) and the more aerodynamic design.
DJI Mini 3 Pro
Weight and better obstacle avoidance
. As expected, the new Mini 3 Pro also weighs under 250 grams, falling into the C0 drone class (up to 250g takeoff weight). It can thus be flown in Germany (and many other countries as well) without the need for a license (though it is still subject to registration and insurance requirements).

For example, the new Mini 3 Pro now also has more dual sensors for obstacle avoidance - and not just on the bottom like the previous model, but also on the front and back for the first time for a Mini series model, which is a significant upgrade to the automatic collision avoidance function that will make flying much safer - especially for beginners.

Price of the DJI Mini 3 Pro
. The Fly More kit, which includes two batteries, a battery charging station, two sets of propellers and a shoulder bag, is expected to cost 189 euros. Due to an offer accidentally unlocked too early by an English online store, the approximate price is also already clear, so the Mini3 Pro including the new Controllee, a presumably somewhat slimmed-down version of the RC Pro of the Mavic 3, with integrated display should cost around 1,000 euros.
