DJI seems to be developing a new drone called DJI Neo, which is even smaller (and also cheaper) than the current entry-level model Mini 2 SE. If the
leaked images are accurate, then the Neo will be introduced soon, because unlike the also leaked models
Mavic 4 and Air 3S, there are already photos of the packaging box and even the price.
Judging by the photos, the DJI Neo is even smaller than the DJI Mini and features a plastic rotor guard mounted on the body, the rotor arms are not foldable like other models and are most comparable to DJI&s FPV drone Avata.

Neo
Thanks to a leak from the American supermarket chain Walmart, the (US) price of the DJI Neo is already known: it will cost 329 dollars in the Fly More Combo Kit. This would make it about 100 dollars cheaper than the DJI Mini 2 SE in the Fly More Combo, which costs 429 dollars (419 euros in Germany). The base version would, of course, be a bit cheaper.

Neo Walmart-Leak
The Neo could be the successor to the palm-sized selfie drone
DJI Spark that came to market in 2017 and was DJI&s cheapest drone model until production stopped in 2020. According to the Walmart leak, the Neo takes off and lands from the hand (like the Spark), and is aimed entirely at drone beginners. The following video probably shows a prototype:
It has also already been registered with the American regulatory authority FCC with the model number DN1A0626 - this also indicates an imminent market launch. The Chinese drone specialist Weiliang Zhang has calculated, based on the battery information known from the FCC (7.3V, 1435 mAh, 10.5W), that the Neo will weigh around 169 grams, if this is correct, it would be DJI&s lightest drone ever.
