DJI has officially announced that it will discontinue support for the last two supported drone models in the legendary Phantom series of quadcopters. The Phantom 4 Pro, introduced in 2016, set new standards for prosumer drones: with its 1" EXMOR R CMOS sensor with 20 megapixels and a video resolution of true DCI-4K (4,096 x 2,160) at 50 fps, as well as features such as a mechanical shutter to avoid rolling shutter effects, many intelligent shooting modes, obstacle detection in five directions and a flight time of 30 minutes.
