Deity has introduced the VO-7U, a new supercardioid dynamic USB microphone for podcasters. It features a natural sound profile without the artificial bass boost that is common with many other microphones.

The VO-7U is a hardware controlled microphone with integrated headphone controls, microphone gain controls and a built-in analog hardware limiter. A special gimmick is the RGB LED ring integrated into the mic, which can be adjusted to the respective setting by means of 12 preset RGB colors and effects.

The Deity VO-7U microphone is compatible with a wide range of different operating systems/platforms (Windows, macOS, Android, iPadOS, chromeOS, Raspberry Pi OS, Playstation PS4/ PS5 and Xbox) and also various streaming, DAW or video conferencing programs such as OBS Studio, Zoom, Skype, Discord, Twitch, StreamYard, Riverside.FM and Audacity.No adapters are needed to use the VO-7U on a tripod, it natively supports 3/8" and 5/8" mounts.
Available in white and black on March 2022, the Deity VO-7U can be purchased solo (for each) or as a podcast kit with integrated boom arm ( each) - pre-orders are now underway.
