Blackmagic presented a new function for the company&s own cloud at the weekend. Blackmagic Cloud Live Sync makes it possible to synchronise one or even multiple cameras in a DaVinci Resolve bin while recording. This allows editors and colourists in post-production to see how the media data is arriving in real time within seconds - and start editing and grading immediately. And all this from anywhere in the world, even while the camera is still recording. Blackmagic Design introduces Blackmagic Cloud Live Sync Blackmagic Cloud Live Sync works with all current Blackmagic cameras (such as the Cinema Camera 6K, PYXIS, URSA Cine and URSA Broadcast G2). Similar to other camera to cloud solutions, an HD proxy is created in the camera at full resolution in H.264. This proxy data is synchronised live to the Blackmagic Cloud during recording and then also synchronised live to all DaVinci Resolve workstations connected to the same cloud project. As a registered post-production employee, you simply connect to the corresponding project and have immediate access to all incoming video data. For example, news reports can be edited as soon as the camera starts rolling. If a broadcaster wants to put media on air during recording, all they have to do is go back a few seconds in the DaVinci Resolve Viewer and start playback. DaVinci Resolve then plays back the media in the order in which it arrives. This works in a similar way to live streaming. DaVinci Resolve then even becomes a media decoder and player. The new Blackmagic Cloud Live Sync feature will enter the public beta phase as a free download for the Blackmagic Cinema Camera 6K and the Blackmagic URSA Broadcast G2 from mid-June, with updates for all other supported cameras to follow shortly afterwards. This update for Blackmagic Cloud will be included free of charge in the current Blackmagic Cloud Media Sync plans. There will be no additional costs. more infos at bei www.blackmagicdesign.com deutsche Version dieser Seite: Blackmagic zeigt Cloud Live Sync: Clips schon während der Aufnahme bearbeiten |
