FIRST STEPS - The German Newcomer Award

A competition notice for film students' education: The First Steps Award is annually awarded to the best conclusion of films in different categories (fiction / documentary, promotional clip, etc.). German film school graduates are admitted, and in exceptional cases, directors who have not attended Film Academy. Application deadline: 11 July 2003. For more information see the link.
