Filmpower has updated its
5-axle Gimbal Nebula 4300 which was launched last summer - the new model Nebula 4500 has a higher load capacity (4kg instead of 3.2kg), should not block the view axis when tilted and is about 160 dollars cheaper than the approximately 900 dollars (at the market launch it was still 1,000 dollars - before taxes and customs) expensive previous model.

The battery life remains the same at 8 hours. The (hidden) cable guide allows unlimited 360° rotation on all three main axes, there is a roll follow mode and a timelapse function. For the latter, the gimbal can perform a predetermined camera movement from A to B independently. Together with a smartphone and app, automatic face tracking, i.e. the recognition and tracking of faces, also works.
The Nebula 4500 can stabilize the camera at the top (in Eye Level Mode) or at the bottom (in Waist Mode) with the two-hand grip. The gimbal can be remote controlled, adjusted and calibrated via the corresponding iPhone app. The 5-axis stabilization largely cushions up and down movements that occur during running.
The Nebula 4500 Gimbal costs around (before taxes and customs) or around in a package with a
remote control. Included are an encapsulated 5-axis double handle, a single handle (for 3-axis stabilization), a hard shell housing, a battery, a charger and a quick-release plate.
