The freeware MediaCoder Transcoder supports in its latest version (build 0.7.1.4430) by nVidia graphics accelerated H.264 encoding, and video scaling. This is the first freeware transcoder of the graphics card uses to encode (in addition to commercial like  CyberLink Media Show espresso) and thus the Komprimiergeschwindigkeit of H.264 to the multiple increases. Is a prerequisite newer nVidia graphics card of 8 -, 9 -, GT or GTX series indestens with 256 MB of memory.
