NIKKOR Z DX 12-28mm f/3.5-5.6 PZ VR...
With a zoom range of 12-28mm, it offers the widest DX Nikkor Z focal length available to date. Converted to full frame/FX, the range is equivalent to 18-42mm (angle of view 99° to 53°). The optical construction includes 12 lenses in 11 groups (1 ED glass lens and 1 aspherical lens). The closest focusing distance is 19 cm at all zoom positions.
The power zoom offers 11 different zoom speeds; the entire zoom range can be covered in just over half a second at the fastest setting, or in up to 36 seconds. The zoom is controlled via assignable camera buttons or remotely via the Nikon ML-L7 remote control or SnapBridge app.

The lens barrel does not get longer or shorter when focusing or zooming, so in gimbal mode there is no need to rebalance after a zoom. The image stabilizer integrated into the lens is supposed to ensure blur-free shots. The aperture ring is unclicked, the aperture consists of 7 aperture blades. 67mm filters are compatible.
The NIKKOR Z DX 12-28 mm f/3.5-5.6 PZ VR is expected to be available in stores at the end of May 2023 for EUR 429.
