Continue from the NAB: AJA Video Systems has introduced a new breakout box, which is quite something. The concept is simple amazing. The box is connected using a single FireWire cable to the desktop / laptop - that's it. The video signal is present at all entrances and exits of the box. This includes: 10-bit uncompressed SDI I / O or analog video I / O, multi-channel 24 audio I / O, RS-422 machine control. The box will be available in June, 2.290, - dollar cost and be optimized for Mac Os X in Final Cut Pro 4.
