LG G6: 5.7 "smartphone with Dolby Vision HDR and dual camera

With its latest high-end 5.7 "(14.5cm) QHD + Smartphone LG no longer pursues the modular concept of the predecessor in G5, but relies on new features like (the first smartphone) Dolby Vision HDR (including Dolby Audio) support and a bigger screen. The dual camera was aufgeruestet on two 1/3 "13 megapixel sensors, one of which uses a 71 a wideangle F1.8 aperture and the other an extreme wide-angle of 125 and F2.4 aperture. However, only the former is optically stabilized in 3 axes. The camera app can be changed fluessig between the two lenses and the frontal 5 megapixel 100 Wide Selfie camera. Video is recorded with 4K and stereo sound - but only with HDR 1080p60. What makes the 2,880 x 1,440 pixel resolution TFT display is the far moreunusual 18: 9 format and the first time for a smartphone the support of Dolby Vision HDR and (as a subset quasi: HDR10 uses 10bit and a maximum of 1,000 nits, Dolby Vision 12 bit and up to 10,000 nits) HDR10. HDR 10 is however already since 2016 supported by some devices such as the Samsung Note 7 and and Sony Xperia Premium. From the brightness and the color gamut produces some newer smartphones / tablets with OLED displays are technically capable of displaying HDR, but needs repairs to this is also a standard HDR image profile, so that the grading matches the display. However, the LG G6 undercuts technically with 700 nits display brightness even HDR10 standard - although Doby Vision makes (illusory) specifications for maximum brightness, but does not define a minimum brightness.
