Lenovo ThinkVision M14d: Mobile USB-C 14

Lenovo&s new compact transportable 14" display M14d weighs only 600 grams and is designed to expand mobile workstations with an additional screen. Especially for mobile video editing solutions via notebook, an additional desktop surface can be very useful at work, especially when the resolution has room for native display of FullHD video plus additional menus, as with the M14d. It gets its power from its own power supply and connects to a notebook via USB-C in DisplayPort Alternate mode, which it can also provide with up to 65 watts of charging power.

The M14d has a 16:10 aspect ratio, 1,500:1 contrast ratio, 6 ms gray-to-grey response time, 60 Hz refresh rate, and 2.2K (2,240 x 1,400) pixel resolution. Its 8-bit IPS WLED panel with a peak brightness of 300 nits supports 100% of the sRGB color space.

It can be placed on a table via its bottom-mounted stand and adjusted in tilt and height - alternatively, it can be mounted permanently via its 100 mm screw holes. Its interfaces consist of two USB-C ports as well as a headphone jack. The blue light content is reduced for better ergonomics.

The Lenovo ThinkVision M14d is supposed to be launched in August 2022 at a price of 359 Euros and will be delivered with a protective case for transport.
