Logitech has introduced the new wireless keyboard Craft, which uses a knob to perform context-sensitive functions similar to the touchbar of the new Mac Book Pros. The new knob on the upper left-hand side of the keyboard serves as a knob, and contextual options menus can be called up by pressing it.

This allows you to intuitively adjust continuous values such as brightness, saturation, contrast, brush strength, and Undo/Redo in Adobe Premiere Pro/Photoshop/InDesign CC, as well as change the system volume or switch between programs. The knob also supports special functions in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Another special feature is the hemispherical notch of the keyboard keys. The backlit buttons and have a proximity sensor to save energy and automatically adjust the brightness to changing lighting conditions. Logitech software can be used to assign special shortcuts to function keys.
The approximately 1kg Logitech Craft keyboard communicates with the PC (OS X/Windows) via Bluetooth or the Logitech Unifying Wireless Receiver (USB) connected to the computer and is available now for around 200 euros. A battery charge should last for one week of operation (here the energy requirement of the backlight is negatively affected) - it is charged via the USB-C interface.
