The Finnish manufacturer Loupedeck expands its range with the Loupedeck Live S, a control console that is specifically aimed at streamers. The Loupedeck Live S has 15 touch buttons, two tactile knobs and four analog buttons that can be freely configured to act as shortcuts to specific functions of a program. For example, Loupedeck Live S can run the popular streaming software OBS and start the stream, change scenes, control audio and light sources, fade in overlays, activate chatbots, and call up donations. ;) Loupedeck Live S
The analog knobs, dials and touch buttons of the Loupedeck Live S can be assigned any action you can think of that comes up in your daily streaming life. The touch panel is arranged in a grid of 3 × 5 buttons, which can display any icons, and can be expanded by up to 14 pages that can be called up by swiping. The analog knobs set the Loupedeck Live S apart from similar products on the market, according to the manufacturer. They allow users to control audio and light sources, zoom into the timeline during video post-processing, or mute the mic with a press of a button, for example. The Loupedeck Live S comes with default profiles for several popular streaming tools (including Twitch, OBS Studio, Streamlabs, Ecamm, Spotify, Philips Hue, and Voicemod) and other applications (Adobe Lightroom Classic, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, and Final Cut Pro), so users can get started right away without having to configure button mappings and icons.
