Luma Touch also announced a new version of its popular LumaFusion semi-professional video editing app for iPhones and iPads at Apple&s unveiling of the new M1 iPad Pros. The new version 3.0 of LumaFusion will be released this summer and will bring new features: Videos Scopes, the ability to sync clips from multiple camera and audio sources, and support for external drives connected via Thunderbolt 4.
The new features of LumaFusion 3.0 in detail.
Users will be able to use Multicam Sync to automatically sync video from up to 12 different sources (including multiple audio tracks) and edit it in the timeline in the form of a multicam clip that allows easy switching between footage from different cameras - a feature that is very handy for editing interviews with multiple cameras, for example. The new feature has been optimized for touchscreen operation on the iPhone and iPad.

LumaFusion 3.0 will be released in the summer, external drive content editing will be part of the update, Multicam Sync and the Video Scopes will be available separately as part of a feature pack. The respective prices will be announced at launch.
