The mobile video editing app LumaFusion, which is unfortunately only available for iOS, has been updated to version 3.1. New features include configurable histogram, waveform and vectorscope displays in the color/effects editor. They work in real time, so the effects of setting changes are immediately visible. The scopes also support High Dynamic Range (HDR) color spaces.

Also new is the ability to apply multiple instances of any effect, including LUTs, to a clip. Stacking speeds up and expands workflow for creatives. Furthermore, audio effects can be rearranged for complete control over audio settings.
Automatic project backup saves one per day (for the last 30 days) and one per month (for the period before that) in addition to the current backup. A new import and restore feature in the Project Manager should help locate and restore automatic project backups. Apparently, the repository format has been optimized for readability, which should also enable other new (but undefined) features in the future.
Drag-and-drop and lasso selection in the timeline when using the trackpad or mouse are said to have been improved, as has the clip display in the timeline, where dissolves clearly show their connection to media clips. There are also other, minor improvements and bug fixes.
LumaFusion v3.1 is a free update for existing customers. The app is available in the Apple App Store for .99.
