MSI has announced three new top models for its gaming laptops, which are equipped with the just-introduced Intel Core HX mobile processors with 16 cores and powerful Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080/3070 Ti mobile graphics cards. Their performance specs also make them interesting as mobile workstations for video work. The three new models Titan GT77, Raider GE77 HX and Raider GE67 HX have some of the main features in common, so all three can be optionally configured with an Intel Core i9-12900HX or Intel Core i7-12800HX processor. ![]() MSI Titan GT7
Both CPUs have 16 cores (8 performance and 8 efficiency cores or 24 threads), but the i9 can be clocked higher with a 5 GHz turbo clock than the i7 with 4.80 GHz. Furthermore, it has a slightly larger Smart Cache of 30 MB than the i7, which only has 25 MB.
