MainConcept Releases H.264 Encoder Preview Version

MainConcept has released a preview version of the MainConcept H.264 encoder. The open standard H.264 AVC (Advanced Video Coding), also known as MPEG-4 Part 10, is a development of MPEG-4 and thus more effective. (Based on the preview version that has not yet been speed optimized), one can get an idea of the potential performance of H.264. Support will follow the moment only the CBR mode - Support the VBR mode, and further improvements are forthcoming. The package also includes an embedded via DirectShow H.264 codec, for watching videos encoded with H.264. The user interface of the H.264 encoder based on the popular MainConcept MPEG encoder.
