Matrox has positioned the small Parhelias priced in direct competition with the middle-from Ati and nvidia. Both cards are capable of a DirectX-based overlay very high quality output on the TV-out (the P650 requires an optional adapter) and are thus as good as extension for After Effects, ExpressDV or 3DSMax users.
