With the new
Premiere Pro October release (24.0), some of the announced (beta) features become official - while not yet filler word detection or Enhance Speech, the new redraw routine is implemented, which according to Adobe now builds the timeline up to five times faster, which should allow for smoother editing.
In text-based editing, all pauses can now be deleted with a single click, and there is also support for multi-channel audio. This allows an audio file to be re-transcribed over a specific channel or a mix of all channels.

Text-based editing in Premiere Pro
In Color Settings, many color selections are now grouped into a single tab, so it should be faster to make changes. The new Automatic Tags for Audio feature automatically tags audio files as dialog, music, SFX, or room sound. Controls are then shared in the Essential Sound panel, providing instant access to key tools for creating professional sound.
A new Video Effects Manager lets you manage all third-party plug-ins in one place. Furthermore, projects can now be saved as templates, and Premiere Pro projects should be easy to restore and continue editing after a crash.
Premiere Pro now supports H/W decoding and encoding of H264/HEVC files on separate Intel graphics cards (Intel Arc). GPU hardware decode acceleration for RED's R3D raw format on Windows has also been added (GPU acceleration is already available for macOS). GPU support works for GPUs from NVIDIA and AMD with GPU memory of 6 GB or more.
Thanks to SRT support - Secure Reliable Transport, a UDP-based video streaming protocol - video and audio streaming data packets can be transferred from Premiere Pro to various viewers.
A new
beta version of Premiere Pro is also available. It brings enhanced export features for social media - videos can now be published to Instagram and TikTok directly from Premiere. Support for YouTube shorts is also new.
After Effects 24.0
The main innovation in the new
After Effects 24.0 is the announced Roto feature (until the new 3D space is released, I guess we'll have to be patient). A new AI model is said to extract objects from footage faster and more accurately than ever before, requiring fewer corrections. This should work even when tracking objects that overlap or working with footage that is difficult to apply a mask to (like hair and transparencies).

New Roto feature for After Effects.
Also new are improvements to the OpenColorIO workflow - After Effects now has OCIO Look Transform and OCIO CDL Transform as effects under the Color Correction category, which use OpenColorIO for color processing. Also there are enhanced scripting options in text and font manipulation.
