New Bebob CUBE 1200 battery with huge capacity of 1200 Wh

The Munich-based manufacturer Bebob has launched the new CUBE 1200 Li-Ion battery with a capacity of 81.6Ah and 1176Wh, which is designed to supply particularly energy-hungry cameras or lights with sufficient power - with a maximum of 480W. For example, the CUBE 1200 provides enough power to operate an ARRI SkyPanel S60 mobile for more than 2.5 hours at full (420W) power.

The CUBE 1200 has numerous connections for all common cameras and lighting, including three 12V outputs (1 x D-Tap, 2x XLR), two 24V outputs and one 48V output (all XLR). In addition, 2 USB outputs (5V) enable the charging and operation of external devices such as smartphones and tablets. Practically a 90-264V/47-63Hz AC charger is integrated - charging to full capacity takes about 8 hours.

The Bebob CUBE 1200 delivers voltages from 5V, 12V and 24V to 48V, for example to power the large cameras of RED or ARRI. It was developed and handcrafted in Germany and Bebob offers a 2-year warranty on 80% of the capacity. It is housed in a rugged housing for long life. Its modular design allows easy maintenance and can be equipped with new memory cells after years of operation when cell capacity has decreased.

The CUBE 1200 has two integrated upper handles for easy transport, is 35.6 cm high, 20.8 cm wide and 16.7 cm deep and weighs 8.95 kg including the integrated charger. The performance has its price, so the CUBE 1200, available immediately, costs around 3,000 euros.
