MSI has unveiled updates to its notebooks at CES 2022 to match the new announcements from Intel and Nvidia. The new models are now equipped with both the latest Intel Core i7 and i9 12th-generation H-series processors, as well as the new NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti and RTX 3080 Ti mobile GPUs.
The  MSI Creator Z16P and Z17, the Stealth GS77 and the MSI Raider GE76 are also interesting for compute power-intensive work with high-resolution video due to their equipment with the latest and most powerful CPUs and GPUs (as well as with up to 64 GB RAM, Thunderbolt 4 and 2 TB SSD) - especially since strong desktop GPUs are still very scarce and thus more expensive than average. The two Creator models also feature a factory color-calibrated monitor, which supports the professional DCI-P3 color space at 100%. ;) The new notebooks are configurable with the new GeForce RTX 3070 and 3080 Ti GPUs which have 16 GB of GDDR6 memory. According to MSI, the mobile RTX 3080 Ti is said to have higher performance than the TITAN RTX for desktop systems and the new GeForce RTX 3070 Ti is up to 70% faster than the RTX 2070 SUPER laptop GPU. In addition, Max-Q technology with CPU Optimizer, Rapid Core Scaling and Battery Boost 2.0 can be used to optimize laptop efficiency, performance and battery life. ;) First of all, the similarities in the equipment of MSI&s new notebook launches: all new models can be equipped with an Intel Core i9-12900H or Intel Core i7-12700H processor, a maximum of an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti laptop GPU with 16 GB GDDR6 VRAM, up to 64 DDR5-4800 dual-channel RAM (or 32 GB Creator Z16P) and with up to 2 TB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD.
