New universal control panel from Loupedeck - Creative Tool

Loupedeck already has the Loupedeck+, a quite clever and above all inexpensive control console on the market, which one or the other media creator is now using productively.

With the Loupedeck Creative Tool introduced today, we want to serve a more demanding clientele: The new console has numerous buttons which can be adapted particularly well to the corresponding applications due to the freely assignable micro display switches.

The press release also speaks of a touch screen with haptic feedback and an interactive steering wheel, which is probably the central jog wheel with its own LED display.

To start with, there are profiles for Adobe Lightroom Classic , Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro X. For music production, Ableton Live will be supported at the beginning and Adobe Illustrator for design. The collaboration with Autodesk Fusion 360 is also expected to be possible by the end of the year.

The workmanship is also intended to convey a higher quality, which is why an aluminium housing is now being used instead of plastic, as was previously the case. We are curious to see how the integration will work (and if you can create your own templates).

The Loupedeck Creative Tool is now available exclusively for 499 Euro in the Loupedeck-Online Shop. The first devices are to be delivered to customers from 11 November 2019.

Conclusion to the former Loupedeck+ was mixed at that time: Measured by the price it offers a lot of functionality but as a user you really have to deal intensively with the adjustment. The new Loupedeck Creative Tool should make the learning curve of finished application profiles a bit flatter, but it costs a lot more. And without trackballs it can&t be used for professional grading.
