Panasonic introduces free LUT Library for VariCam and EVA1 Cine Cameras

LOG-LUT workfkows have become an integral part of professional productions. They simplify the establishment of a first look, help with on-set monitoring and can be flexibly switched on and off. Panasonic has now released a corresponding LUT library for its VariCam Cine cameras, which can also be used for the LOG material of the EVA1:

The Varicam LUT-LIBRARY is available for free download in 3 versions, depending on the application:
- VLT file for in-camera operation,
- E-E.CUBE file for color correction
- E-L.CUBE file for LUT boxes
The libraries contain a total of 36 LUTs, whereby Panasonic distinguishes between pure conversion LUTs e.g. for color space correct display and artistic LUTs. The latter include popular color moods such as Golden Hour, Vintage, Bleach Bypass and many more.

Online, a preview tool is also available in which the individual LUTs can be applied to three different motifs and light sequences.
