Pencil - 2D animation with bitmap and vector-functions

Again and again one comes more or less randomly on freeware pearls, of which one yet has heard nothing. One such gem is Pencil. With this program are simple 2D animations (similar to a thumb Cinema) produce. The nice thing about the program is that it does not load comes on, how many commercial species, but actually all the features that you wish for quick results (such as onion or mixing bowl view of vector and bitmap graphics).
