In the new version 1.2 of Adobe Premiere Rush new effects have been integrated to render videos with speed changes. The settings should be fast to implement on the one hand, but on the other hand remain very easy to use. A percentage value shows the speed -- 100% corresponds to realtime, values below 100% lead to slow motion and over 100% generate fast motion.
In addition to the entire clip, only individual parts of the clip can be accelerated or slowed down. When you drag the Range handles, Rush will display the frame in which the speed change will take full effect. You can also use Time Ramping functions to dynamically change clip areas.
The tone is also adjusted in speed and can optionally be kept constant in pitch using the Keep Pitch function. For example, voices do not become beepy or low, but keep their pitch.
All speed settings should be applied with the same parameters when opening the project in Premiere Pro.
