Razer has unveiled a new top-of-the-line model of its Blade gaming notebooks in the form of the Blade 15 OLED, which not only comes with a current 12th-generation Intel Core i9-12900H processor with 14 cores (20 threads) and an Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti graphics card with 16GB of VRAM but also - for the first time in the world - a QHD OLED display running at 240Hz. ![]() Razer Blade 15 OLED
Furthermore, up to 32 GB of DDR5 RAM, a 1 TB NVMe SSD and an additional M.2 slot are on board, which allows the user to further increase the hard drive memory. The previous equipment variants of the 15.6" display include a QHD (2,560 x 1,440 pixels) OLED 240Hz panel, a FullHD IPS panel (1,920 x 1,080 pixels) with a maximum refresh rate of 360Hz, as well as a QHD IPS panel with 240 Hz and a 4K OLED panel (3,840 x 2,160 pixels). The technical characteristics of the two OLED displays in particular also make the Blade 15 OLED interesting for professional video work, as they fully cover the DCI-P3 color space (the other two achieve full coverage of the sRGB and 87.1% of the DCI-P3 color space). The response time of the new OLED panel is very short at 1 ms, and the brightness is a slightly above-average 400 nits. ![]() Razer Blade 15 OLED The interfaces of the Razer Blade 15 OLED in its maximum configuration include a Thunderbolt 4, USB-C, USB-A and HDMI 2.1 port as well as Gigabit Ethernet and an SD card reader. However, those who find the Razer Blade 15 OLED with a 240 Hz OLED display interesting will have to be patient, because it is only supposed to be launched in the fourth quarter of 2022 - at a price of around ,500. Until then, there will probably be more notebooks with fast OLED displays from other manufacturers to choose from. ![]() deutsche Version dieser Seite: Razer Blade 15 OLED: Erstes Notebook mit 240 Hz OLED Display |
