After several third-party charging cases for Rode&s Wireless GOII wireless range, Rode has now introduced its own Wireless GO II Charge Case. The new charging case holds two transmitters and one receiver, which can be stored, transported and charged on the go. ;)
Thanks to the integrated rechargeable battery (4200 mAH), the Rode Wireless GO II Charge Case provides two complete charging cycles for the entire three-part GOII wireless range. Only then does the battery of the Charge Case itself need to be charged, for which a USB-C port is available. ;) Rode states that the charging time of the charging case is approx. 2 hours - the integrated battery can be charged with a maximum of 5V/3A. The Charging Case weighs 175g (270g (with Wireless GO II). Also new from Rode is the availability of transmitter modules for the Wireless ME and Wireless GO II radio links. This allows an additional transmitter to be added to the Wireless ME or Wireless GO II single radio link. § Prices and availability The Wireless ME TX module will be available at the end of August at a RRP of 99.90 Euro.
