Runway had just released the latest (and best) Version 3 Alpha of its video AI about a week ago, allowing videos to be generated not only by text prompt but also from a starting image using image-to-video. Now Runway has unlocked another interesting feature: from now on, the image uploaded by the user can also be the last frame of a video, meaning the video AI generates a 5 or 10-second animation that ends in the specified image, optionally also by text prompt with a description of how the transition is roughly desired. ![]()
