Samsung shows 16TB SSD - 128 TB SSDs in three years?

In the consumer market, there are 2 TB limit, in the professional market 4TB - now Samsung has presented at the Flash Memory Summit 2015, the biggest SSD which has a volume of fabled 16TB. The PM1633a making it larger than the largest HDD with only 10 TB container capacity (but also much more expensive) and faster. This is made possible through the use of new 3D Flash modules from Samsung. But that's just the beginning: according to Roadmap of Flash Memory manufacturer Toshiba are yet to be developed in 2018 SSDs with a capacity of 128 TB.
