Sony Creators& App now available (incl. Sony A7IV firmware update 2.0)

We had already reported in detail about Sony&s new Creators& Cloud and the associated app at here on slashCAM. As of today, Sony&s Creators& App for iOS and Android is available for free download.

Sony&s new Creators& App (in contrast to the "C3 Portal", now renamed "Creators& App for Enterprise") is primarily aimed at private individuals. The app functions primarily as an extension of a camera to upload, view and manage photo and video content taken with selected Sony cameras and stored in the cloud.

On the camera side, the Sony Alpha 7 IV and the ZV-1F are currently supported. For the Sony A7 IV,

here the corresponding 2.0 firmware update is available.

The Alpha 7R V, FX3 and FX30 models will also be compatible with the "Creators& App" in the course of spring 2023.
