Sony has now released the announced V2.00 firmware update for the Sony FX6, which provides a whole range of important new features for the full-frame Sony FX6. The most important new feature is probably the 16 bit RAW recording with max. 4.2K (4.264 x 2..408 pixels) 60p via HDMI via
;) Real-Time AF Tracking.Real-time AF tracking has now been adopted from the Sony FX3. This is accompanied by higher precision and improved interaction with the AF function, according to Sony. Requested by many users and also implemented was the touch function for activating real-time tracking (both in AF and MF modes). Breathing Compensation.Depending on  lens used, the Sony FX6 now also offers electronic Breathing Compensation with the V2.00 update. Here, using a slight crop during focusing, an electronic compensation of the image frame takes place, which was modeled after the breathing behavior of high-quality cine lenses. Bokeh Control.With the new Bokeh Control function, the depth of field can now be adjusted oh via automatic gain (and ND) compensation while maintaining the same exposure when the aperture is operated. Previously, the function was only possible via Auto-ND - now gain compensation at higher aperture values is also added.  Picture Cache Recording.Already known from the FX9, Cache Recording is now implemented on FX6 with the 2.00 update. With four optional recording levels between "Short" and "Max", the FX6 is now also designed to reliably record the decisive moments - e.g. in animal shots or interviews. Cache recording can be used in both "Movie" and "S&Q" modes. HDR/SDR Dual ProductionVia SDR gain metadata recording, dual HDR/SDR workflows can now be realized more easily. Here, an SDR-emulated preview is optionally available at the camera monitor. In post-production, a distinction can then be made between SDR and HDR playout at the touch of a button. Channel Audio Level MeterAs with the FX3, all four audio channels on the FX6 are now shown on the on-screen display and can be monitored accordingly.
