Sony PXW-X200: new SxS 4: 2: 2 XDCAM camera with Wi-Fi // IBC 2014

Sony has introduced a new XDCAM camera that records on SxS memory cards. The PXW-X200 is the successor of the mid-2012 featured www.slashcam.de/news/single/Sony-PMW-EX1R --- 200-successor-with-4-2-2 --- Aufzeic-10020 html (Sony PMW-200) and uses a 3 x 2.1 3CMOS Exmor sensor, a new, non-exchangeable 17faches (instead of previously 14faches) Fujinon zoom lens and full HD recording via XAVC Intra / Long GOP with 4: 2: 2 10-bit sampling.
