With the FE 50 millimetre F1.2 GM, Sony introduces a fast and compact E-mount lens in its G-Master series, which is primarily designed for professional users. Video users will appreciate the de-clickable aperture and the optional linear focus control in manual focus mode.
Thanks to its four XD Linear motors, it is said to focus quietly, quickly and precisely - even in video mode with the aperture completely open. The 11-blade diaphragm is supposed to provide an appealing bokeh and, according to Sony, it has also taken care of the "onion ring problem" with out-of-focus lights. ![]() At just 780g, the new Sony FE 50 millimetre F1.2 GM is comparatively light. The filter diameter is 72mm, the closest focusing distance is 40cm. Coatings include a fluorine coating on the front element and a Nano AR coating for minimising reflections. The new Sony FE 50 millimetre F1.2 GM (SEL-50F12GM) will be available from April this year at an RRP of €2,299.00. ![]() deutsche Version dieser Seite: Sony stellt lichtstarkes E-Mount 50 mm F1.2 GM für Pro Foto und Video vor |
