Several sources on the web are currently reporting that at the Photo & Imaging Show in Shanghai, at a Panasonic press conference, an intensified cooperation between DJI and Panasonic in the LiDAR field was announced. Rumours to this effect have actually been circulating for quite some time. ![]()
We ourselves had successfully tested the ![]() With Panasonic&s meanwhile very good hybrid phase autofocus - see ![]() ![]() A combined system of in-camera pattern/motif recognition and LiDAR measuring points (key point 3D Point Cloud) could also enable a previously unknown tracking accuracy and reliability. It should also be helpful here that DJI joined the L-Mount Alliance almost exactly a year ago - see ![]() And finally, a more integrated LiDAR system also offers exciting possibilities in the scenario we tested with manual (cine) lenses - especially when tracking fast-moving subjects or more complex camera/actor blocking. In any case, we are very curious to see what can come out of a collaboration between DJI and Panasonic on the future topic of LiDAR. More on this soon on slashCAM. ![]() deutsche Version dieser Seite: Bald stärker integrierter DJI LiDAR-Autofokus für Panasonic DSLMs? |
