TV-Logic presented the F-7H, the world&s brightest camera monitor to date, at IBC 2018. With a brightness of F7-H 3,600 nits it surpasses the already very bright 703 Ultrabright 7 inch from SmallHD by 1,400 nits. Thus it should deliver a well visible picture even in sunlight during outdoor shoots.
The 7" monitor has a FullHD resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels with an extended color space (Wide Color Gamut). The viewing angle is 160° horizontally and vertically.
TV-Logic F-7H with 3,600 nits
It offers functions like Waveform, Vectorscope, Audio Level, Focus Assist, Range Error, Anamorphic Desqueeze, different scan modes (OVer- and Underscan), Time Code Display, different Aspect Ratios and Makers, 3D LUT Import via USB, Camera Logs and HDR Emulation via HDR EOTFs PQ, HLG and SLog3. Via its 3G-SDI/HD-SDI/SDI and HDMI inputs and outputs, it can cross-convert SDI input to HDMI and vice versa.
Using several 1/4" threads, the TV-Logic F-7H can be attached to an optional Magic Arm or Hot Shoe Adapter. The TV-Logic F-7H will be available in 4-6 weeks at a price of approximately 2,000 Euro.
