Topaz Labs Video AI Pro offers multi-GPU upscaling up to 24K

Topaz has made a name for itself with AI-based tools for improving sub-optimal photos and video recordings - for example, Video AI can be used to scale material to higher resolutions, stabilize it retrospectively and also de-noise it. With Video AI Pro, the company is now launching a version specially adapted to the needs of larger productions.
This should be able to upscale to up to 24K for large screens and also work several times faster thanks to multi-GPU rendering. Graphics processors from AMD, Apple, Intel and Nvidia are supported (or AMD AMF, macOS VideoToolbox, Intel Quick Sync, NVIDIA NVENC).
Video AI Pro is designed to use AI models that run completely offline at a local level. This means that the material used does not have to be stored in a cloud, but can be stored securely on your own servers. User material is also not used to train the AI models. As an alternative to the local render farm, Video AI Pro can also be run on AWS outposts to ensure an optimal mix of security and access. For parallel renderings, separate files can be sent to each available GPU, but a single file can also be automatically split across multiple GPUs.

The output created with Topaz Video AI Pro can be used commercially to the full extent, for example for cinema, TV, VoD and similar. Conversely, it sounds as if this is not possible under the normal Video AI perpetual license, which is offered for 299 dollars - a glance at the terms of use makes the difference clear. Video AI is intended for private and limited commercial use. If the annual turnover of the company using it exceeds 1 million dollars, a commercial license is required.
Video AI Pro is offered in three different packages as an annual license. The entry-level package for 1,099 US dollars per year is aimed at individuals. For organizations with five to 10 users, Video AI Pro Teams is available from ,999, and for even larger teams, Video AI Pro Enterprise offers the ability to develop custom models and workflows together with Topaz Labs.
