If you are looking for variable ND filters, you can now also find them at the accessory manufacturer Moment. A VND specially designed for the DJI Mavic 2 Pro is also available. (Although you still have to stop the drone to turn the filter, the setup is of course a bit more flexible than changeable NDs).
The filters should not vignette and be designed to minimize unwanted interference polarizations, with hard stops at the start and end points of the rotation. The set ND strength can be read from engraved marks; on the larger filters, the numbers can even be seen at a glance when standing behind your camera when operating the filters, thanks to a slightly angled ring design.
Furthermore, the large filters are made of Schott B270 Pro Cinema glass and can be combined with the usual clip-on lens caps. The two versions, 2-5 Stops and 6-9 Stops, are available in three sizes, 67mm (149.99 dollars), 77mm (159.99 dollars) or 82mm (169.99 dollars).
The small, 3g lightweight ND filter for the Mavic 2 Pro is also available in these two versions (2-5 stop / ND4 - ND32 and 6-9 stop / ND64- ND512), but it is made of quartz glass. It costs 79.99 dollars.
