Vimeo Live streams parallel to YouTube, Facebook and Periscope

From now on, Vimeo offers the possibility to share already uploaded videos as native contributions on Facebook, for example, as well as streaming Vimeo Live videos to other platforms such as YouTube, Periscope or Facebook (or to other, user-defined RTMP servers) at the same time.

The aim is to reach a wider audience for the live streams without any major effort and to increase the reach of posted videos, since Facebook prefers to use native content externally in the ranking. This also saves you the multiple uploads of videos to the various social networks. The new feature does not replace live streaming via the Vimeo Player, which can be embedded in web pages, but complements it.
