Tomorrow, Friday the 19th September, held in Berlin for the third time the "Webcuts - Internet Film Fest Berlin" instead. On display are films that were produced specifically for the Internet, or that have been published mainly there. To this end Webcuts brings the films and their makers in the computer-cult-Location c-base to the surface and presents it to the big screen.
