YouTube plans to pay to download video

A Berichtz of the Inquirer, according to plans of selected YouTube videos off-line partners to use as a paid download to want. The owners of videos will be able to decide whether they are videos for free or for a fee to download want. Google / YouTube video owners will also give the choice as to whether the videos under a Creative Commons license to be offered to it under certain conditions, content reuse.
