proDAD has released Disguise, a new standalone tool specifically designed to make selected objects in videos unrecognizable. For example, faces or license plates can be automatically pixelated in video. It is aimed specifically at users who find the usual masking and tracking tools in an editing program too complicated to use, and who are willing to pay extra for them. ![]() proDAD Disguise
In Disguise, the user only has to place a mask over the desired object in the first frame - it is then automatically tracked over all subsequent frames. If desired, the mask can also be further adjusted manually at special points via keyframes. There are several functions available in Disguise for what should then be displayed in the video instead of the mask: the corresponding image area can be more or less roughly pixelated, blurred or provided with a transparent overlay. In addition to faces, other objects (such as advertisements or trademarks) can also be made unrecognizable in videos that are to be uploaded to the web to YouTube, Fabook or other video portals, for example, and thus presented to an unmanageably large public. The program can also handle temporary masking of the masked object by masking the object that triggers the masking and excluding it from the pixelation. Disguise can also be used to visually emphasize certain areas of the image in order to specifically draw the viewer&s attention. ![]() proDAD Disguise proDAD Disguise for Windows costs 249 Euro (there is also a free demo version) - until March 31, 2022 there is a 20% introductory discount and thus an introductory price of 199 Euro. ![]() deutsche Version dieser Seite: proDAD Disguise: Gesichter in Videos gezielt verpixeln |
