Hello video fans
have Pinnacle Studio 9 and 10 pros for years.
After Neuistallation of Studio 9 and 10 on a new calculator are
previously used me more transitions enabled.
After Neuistallation of various activation keys and input of
Hollywood FX serial numbers are the most transitions as
not yet available because the program is blocked.
Did, however, no additional loss of 69 ¬ for an update for transitions to buy because it is based on my old calculator already about half were released - what would satisfy me. (currently, only about 10-15% of the transitions enabled.
Who has a solution for this problem?
Is there an activation key for the missing transitions?
Am grateful for help because of Pinnacle, I have received no message!

Hi,
after the initial activation emails have you received from Customer Service with the correct unlock code. Also there is the possibility of Studio 10, on "Help | activation code show" acquired all codes - is of course only as long as you complete the installation did not flattened.
Otherwise I would s.den Customer Service. The original mail, you can attach your request.
As far as I know, react to
such problems quite fix - in case of technical problems, which unfortunately sometimes looks different ...

The e-mail received 3 activation code, only a few
Transitions enabled.
Werd times it seems the support of Pinnacle try.
