Infoseite // Premiere Pro 2.0 and 1.0: Audio must be adjusted -> long arithmetic

Frage von Blackeagle123:

Hello,

now have Premiere Pro 2.0 and a video of ~ 60 minutes recorded. After recording, I wanted to immediately start with the cutting. But before I begin, it must first have yet to calculate the audio track (approximate) ...
The same problem I had then synonymous with Premiere Pro 1.0.
I can not remember in Premiere 6.5 long to wait, I hear the audio and can edit.

Will you have to synonymous after recording / importing a video file to wait until the audio track has been adjusted?
Is this a bug in the settings? Or is it normal that the computer must calculate this?

I have a Sound Blaster Audigy 2ZS with Creative ASIO support. Vll Can this sound card work faster computing take over?

I'm grateful for every answer!

Many greetings,
Constantin
