how can I s.besten the edited clip of After Effects CS3 Premiere Pro CS3 import, I must save it in the best quality and then paste it there?
Or I can cut a film synonymous in afft Effects?

I would recommend you cut it into premiere, which is just as fast. you should either include rausrechnen uncompressed from after effects and import it into premiere, after effects, or directly at your composition by dynamic link into premiere. the latter would be more flexible solution, since any changes will be s.der after effects composition directly into premiere.
