Avid Xpress Pro: Strange Quicktime Export problem ...

Hi People,
I will either slowly crazy, or my Avid spins. I have a rather strange problem with Quicktime reference export files from Avid.
First: After export a sequence as QTR I have seen when looking in QuickTime s.mehreren strange places Farbspratzer. There are large square area with small colored squares, sometimes but synonymous chessboard-like gray squares (between 4-6) on the Picture. The problem is, they occur only when playing on, so I can eg no screenshot ... if I have the appropriate location by hand Frame by frame in search is nothing to find.
Second: This Spratzer I have not in the original material. The original is as single track on the timeline, no effects, etc. A re-export as QTR brings similar effects s.anderen bodies. With each playing but s.gleichen place! New Export, Spratzer s.anderer body, but always the same, uswusf.
